EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival 2026: the complete guide

The EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival is back at Walt Disney World ! From August 27 to November 21, 2026 , EPCOT once again transforms into a huge culinary journey through the flavors of the world.
And this edition is not quite like the others: the Food & Wine Festival celebrates its 30th anniversary in 2026 .
Global Marketplaces, culinary novelties, festival classics, Eat to the Beat concerts, Emile's Fromage Montage, treasure hunt with Rémy, exclusive merchandise, Magic Shots… Here is our complete guide to the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival 2026 .
EPCOT Food & Wine Festival 2026: Essential Information
Dates: August 27 to November 21, 2026 Location: EPCOT, Walt Disney World Resort, Florida Duration: Approximately three months Anniversary: 30th anniversary of the festival Access: Included with valid EPCOT admission. Depending on your ticket type, a park reservation may be required.
The festival began in 1996 and has gradually established itself as one of the unmissable events of the year at Walt Disney World.
The concept remains particularly appealing: touring EPCOT while discovering small portions of food and drinks inspired by different countries and cultures.
In 2026, Disney celebrates three decades of the festival by bringing back or reinterpreting 30 dishes from its history .
How does the Food & Wine Festival work?
Unlike a special event like Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, the Food & Wine Festival does not require a specific ticket.
Once inside EPCOT, you can enjoy the atmosphere, entertainment, and concerts included with your admission.
The food and drinks offered in the various kiosks are, however, chargeable.
Our first piece of advice: collect your Festival Passport as soon as you arrive .
This small guide helps to identify the different Global Marketplaces, dishes, activities and above all to follow certain experiences like Emile's Fromage Montage.
Global Marketplaces: A World Tour in EPCOT
This is obviously the heart of the festival.
Global Marketplaces are temporary kiosks set up throughout EPCOT, typically offering a few dishes and drinks centered around a country, region, or theme.
In 2026, we will find, among other things:
Gyozas of the Galaxy : Reinterpreted dumplings based on great comfort food classics.
Flavors from Fire : Recipes playing with smoky flavors and fire-inspired cooking.
The Fry Basket For lovers of fries and original variations.
Forest & Field: A more autumnal cuisine highlighting seasonal ingredients.
Milled & Mulled: Flavors that also evoke autumn.
Bramblewood Bites : Generous cuisine inspired by garden produce.
And the real journey then begins around World Showcase with:
AustraliaMexicoChinaIndiaThe AlpsGermanySpainItalyJapanGreeceMorocco avec Tangierine Café: Flavors of the MedinaBelgiumBrazilFranceCanadaHawai'i
Not forgetting Hops & Barley, Swirled Showcase, Shimmering Sips or various special offers available in permanent EPCOT establishments.
Note, however: not all kiosks start on August 27th .
Festival Favorites, for example, opens on September 9 , The Wedge runs from September 18 to November 8 , while Coastal Eats, Earth Eats, India and The Alps open on October 2 .
This means that a visit at the end of October can be quite different from a visit made at the very start of the festival.
Culinary innovations for 2026
It's impossible to talk about the Food & Wine Festival without talking about food!
Among the new products and dishes highlighted this year are the Basil Pesto Chicken Dumplings from Gyozas of the Galaxy and the Smoked Brisket and Cheddar Melt from Hops & Barley.
Several favourites are also making a comeback, such as the Pumpkin-Mascarpone Ravioli from Forest & Field or the bushberry spiced prawn skewer offered by Australia.
To celebrate the 30th anniversary, Disney has also selected 30 dishes that have returned or been reinterpreted from previous editions of the festival .
This is probably one of the most interesting aspects of this edition: Food & Wine 2026 looks towards new things while also giving a few nods to three decades of gastronomy at EPCOT.
France, Italy, Belgium, Brazil… our European and international pavilions
For French-speaking visitors, touring World Showcase during the Food & Wine event obviously has a special flavor.
At the France kiosk , you can find, among other things, iconic recipes of French gastronomy, from snails to crème brûlée.
Italy offers Stromboli and panna cotta, among other things .
Belgium remains a gourmet destination with its waffles and other specialties.
Brazil is the place to find the famous Pão de Queijo , those little cheese breads that are especially popular during the festival .
But the whole point is to break out of your routine. Australia, Japan, Greece, Mexico, China or Hawaii allow you to build your own culinary world tour without leaving EPCOT.

Emile's Cheese Montage: the cheese challenge
This is one of the experiences we particularly enjoy during the festival.
Emile's Fromage Montage is a gastronomic journey dedicated to cheese.
The principle is very simple:
Take your Festival Passport.
Identify the dishes participating in Emile's Fromage Montage.
Buy and enjoy five eligible dishes .
Get your passport stamped with each purchase.
Once you have obtained five stamps, go to the Shimmering Sips kiosk to collect your reward.
And the good news is: it is not necessary to complete all five steps on the same day.
You can continue your journey on another visit during the festival.
An excellent excuse to come back!
Cheers to Cheese: a new addition to CommuniCore Hall
Cheese will play an even bigger role in 2026.
From September 18 to November 8 , CommuniCore Hall hosts a new interactive experience dedicated to its history.
The Cheers to Cheese! exhibition allows you to discover different information about this essential food.
It also features The Wedge Hosted by Dairy Does More , including several macaroni and cheese dishes, a selection of cheeses and more indulgent creations.
A new step to add to your journey starting September 18th.
Remy's Ratatouille Hide & Squeak
The little French chef is obviously back!
Remy's Ratatouille Hide & Squeak transforms your visit to EPCOT into a treasure hunt.
The principle?
Buy the map and stickers, then go in search of the various Remy figurines hidden around World Showcase and the Global Marketplaces.
For each Remy found, place the corresponding sticker on your map.
In 2026, the card is offered at $11.99 excluding taxes .
Once your exploration is complete, you can return your map to certain points of sale to receive a small souvenir of the festival.
And an important detail for families: Disney specifies that you can collect the reward even if you haven't completed the entire hunt.
This is an activity we particularly recommend with children, as it gives them a goal while the adults explore the different kiosks.

Eat to the Beat: concerts during the Food & Wine Festival
Food & Wine is not just about eating.
Every night, Eat to the Beat Concert Series presented by Enterprise transforms the America Gardens Theatre into a veritable concert stage.
The concerts take place from August 27 to November 16, 2026 and are included with entry to EPCOT.
The program mixes well-known artists, popular groups, and local talent.

And among the big comebacks: Boyz II Men, Yellowcard, The Beach Boys, Smash Mouth, The Fray and Hanson .
Needless to say, there are some very nice evenings to look forward to!
Where do the Eat to the Beat concerts take place?
Head towards the America Gardens Theatre , in front of The American Adventure, between the Japanese and Italian pavilions.
Several performances are offered each evening.
Regular seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
For some particularly popular artists, it's therefore best to arrive early enough.
Eat to the Beat Dining Package: Do you need to book?
For those who want to avoid queuing and guarantee their access to the concert, Disney offers Concert Series Dining Packages .
The principle is to book a meal at a participating EPCOT restaurant and receive a guaranteed seat in a reserved area for an Eat to the Beat concert on the same day.
This can be particularly interesting for concerts by the most popular artists.
The exclusive Magic Shots Food & Wine 2026
Another little hunt we love to do during festivals: searching for Disney PhotoPass photographers and exclusive Magic Shots .
Several are being offered this year.
Among them:
Waiter Mickey Mouse , new for 2026, available at various locations in World Showcase, including Mexico, China, Italy, Japan and France.
The Giant Empanada Magic Shot from the Mexican side.
The brilliant Leaning Tower of Cheeza Magic Shot , inspired by A Goofy Movie , in Italy.
The Swedish Chef Magic Shot , featuring the one and only chef from the Muppets.
Chief Figment .
A Magic Shot inspired by Elemental is also offered on the path connecting Spaceship Earth to CommuniCore Hall.
The Food & Wine Festival is therefore not just about eating: these photos also allow you to leave with memories that are truly specific to the 2026 edition.

Food & Wine merchandising 2026
The EPCOT festival inevitably means exclusive merchandise.
For its 30th anniversary, Disney is offering a new colourful collection based around the Food & Wine Festival.
These include:
T-shirts, Minnie/Mickey Food & Wine ears with chef's hat, mini whisk and rolling pin, a sweatshirt, a cap, kitchen accessories, pins, glasses, mugs, as well as several particularly original items.
There is also a collection reserved for Annual Passholders .
Merchandise can be found at Creations Shop as well as at various points of sale during the festival.
Please note: some items may disappear quickly and are offered while stocks last.

The mini Disney Gift Card Food & Wine: very practical
Here's a simple little tip.
Disney is offering mini Disney Gift Cards with bracelets during the festival .
You charge them and then keep them on your wrist during your EPCOT tour.
To buy a meal or a drink, simply present the card.
The minimum activation fee is $15 .
It's convenient, especially when you're going from one kiosk to another and you don't want to constantly take out your wallet or phone.
Pluto's Pumpkin Pursuit arrives during the festival
From September 25th until November 2nd, 2026 , another treasure hunt will complement the offer.
Pluto's Pumpkin Pursuit invites visitors to search for pumpkins hidden throughout EPCOT in order to obtain a special souvenir.
If you visit Food & Wine during the Halloween period, you can therefore combine the hunt for Remy and the hunt for Pluto.
The Jammin' Chefs
Don't miss the Jammin' Chefs either .
These cook-percussionists use pots, pans and utensils to create a particularly rhythmic musical performance.
It's the kind of small event that makes the difference between a simple gastronomic event and a true Disney festival.
How much should I budget for the Food & Wine Festival?
The festival itself is included in the EPCOT entry fee, but your food budget can add up very quickly.
The trap is simple: each portion appears relatively small and affordable.
A dish here, a drink there, then another kiosk…
And the bill is starting to look like a round-the-world trip in business class!
Our advice is therefore to set a budget before you start.
When there are two of you, it's also a good idea to share the portions .
This allows you to taste many more things without feeling full after three kiosks.
Our strategy for enjoying the Food & Wine Festival
If this is your first visit, don't try to do everything.
It's practically impossible and it's not really in the spirit of the festival.
We recommend that you instead:
Collect your Festival Passport upon arrival.
Identify five to eight dishes that really interest you.
Share the portions when possible.
Alternate between tastings, attractions and shows.
Enjoy PhotoPasses and Magic Shots along the way.
Save Eat to the Beat for the end of the day.
And above all, take your time.
Food & Wine is first and foremost a festival to be explored.
We eat, we walk, we discover a pavilion, we do an attraction, we have something to taste again and we continue the journey.
When is the best time to visit?
The festival starts on August 27th , but not all experiences are available immediately.
A visit from October 2nd allows you to enjoy several additional kiosks such as India, The Alps, Coastal Eats and Earth Eats.
On the other hand, visiting in the first few weeks allows you to discover the event at launch and generally have more choice in terms of merchandise.
To avoid the Florida heat of late August and September, we particularly like to start tastings later in the day.
In the evening, World Showcase completely changes atmosphere and the arrival of the Eat to the Beat concerts gives the festival another dimension.
Food & Wine with children: good or bad idea?
Excellent idea.
Although its name might suggest a very adult-oriented event, the Food & Wine Festival has several family-friendly activities.
Remy's Ratatouille Hide & Squeak is probably the best.
Magic Shots also constitute a kind of photo hunt.
The Jammin' Chefs bring a musical dimension.
And of course, all of EPCOT's normal attractions continue to operate.
You can therefore easily build a day alternating attractions for children and tastings for the whole family.
30 years of Food & Wine at EPCOT
This 2026 edition finally has a special dimension.
Since 1996 , the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival has become one of the park's flagship events.
Thirty years later, the concept still works: using EPCOT and World Showcase as a huge invitation to discover cultures through their cuisine.
The anniversary edition cleverly plays with this history by bringing back or reinventing 30 creations from previous years while introducing new recipes.
Our review of the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival 2026
Food & Wine remains one of the most enjoyable events of the year at EPCOT for us.
It should not be approached solely as a succession of food stalls.
The fun comes from the whole experience: discovering new flavors, rediscovering classics, walking around World Showcase, searching for Magic Shots, hunting for Remy, watching a concert and enjoying EPCOT in a different way.
And this year, the 30th anniversary adds a little extra dimension.
The festival also evolves over the weeks with the gradual arrival of new kiosks and experiences.
It almost makes you want to come back several times to see the festival transform between the heat of late summer and the milder evenings of Florida autumn.
